NEW CREATURE

NEW CREATURE

This creature was shoot near Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. It houses the Satish Dhawan space center, one of the two satellite launch center in INDIA. Indian space research organisation  I S R O

That animal seen near the bushes. This creature had a human like face and eyes, the body of the animal was like a chameleon and legs are like REPTILES.
I don't know the what kind of species it is, the skin of the creature is looks hard and thick. the upper layer of the creature grey black skin is like a hardy.

I can't explain this, but even a different creature in this planet i think so, Reptiles are tetrapod animals class Reptilia, comprising today's TURTLES, CROCODILIANS, SNAKES, LIZARDS, TUATARA, and their extinct relatives. The modern amphibians, is called herapetology. The side pose was like a reptile. The shape and size of this are looks different.

The movement of this creature was slow, no hair present on it and most of the people around the surroundings are surprise to see this creature, they can't believe that's an living. The creature doesn't stand longer in sun. The funny thing in this picture is the creature gives a pose for camera.

If anyone know about his creature give a comment...........

ARTIFICIAL PANCREAS

 ARTIFICIAL PANCREAS FOR DIABETES

PANCREAS

The pancreas is an organ located in the abdomen, it plays an essential role in converting the food we eat into fuel for the body's cells. The pancreas has two main functions: an exocrine function that helps in digestion and an endocrine function that regulates blood sugar.Insulin helps cells in the body take up glucose from the blood to use for energy, which lowers blood glucose levels. Glucagon causes the liver to release stored glucose, which raises blood glucose levels.

FUNCTION OF PANCREAS
A healthy pancreas produces the correct chemicals in the proper quantities, at the right times,to digest the foods we eat.

DISORDERS OF PANCREAS:
      ₁ Acute pancreatitis
         2 Chronic pancreatitis
         3 Hereditary pancreatitis
         4 Pancreatic cancer

TYPE 1 DIABETES: The pancreas is below and behind the stomach. Insulin is needed to move blood sugar into cells. Inside the cells, glucose is stored and later used for energy. With type 1 diabetes, beta cells produce little or no insulin.

TYPE 2 DIABETES: The pancreas that causes the level of sugar in the blood to become too high.It can also increase risk of getting serious problems with our eyes, heart and never. Its caused by problems with a chemical in the body called insulin.

ARTIFICIAL PANCREAS: DEVICE SYSTEM

This device closely duplicates the glucose regulating function of a healthy pancreas. Three types of device already familiar to the people (CGM) continuous glucose monitoring system and an insulin infusion pump.A blood glucose device is used to calibrate the CGM.
A computer controlled algorithm connects the CGM and insulin infusion pump to allow continuous communication between the two devices. Sometimes an artificial pancreas device system is referred to as a closed loop system. It automatically adjusts the delivery of insulin to reduce high blood glucose levels it called hyperglycemia

                                         → COMPUTER CONTROLLED ALGORITHM

CROCODILES BLOOD CURE HIV

CROCODILE BLOOD CURE HIV:

Scientists in Australia's tropical north are collecting blood from crocodiles in the hope of developing a powerful antibiotic for humans, after tests showed that the reptile's immune system kills the HIV virus. The crocodile's immune system is much more powerful than that of humans, preventing life-threatening infections after savage territorial fights which often leave the animals with gaping wounds and missing limbs. ''They tear limbs off each other and despite the fact that they live in this environment with all these microbes, they heal up very rapidly and normally almost always without infection,'' said U.S scientist Mark Merchant, who has been taking crocodile blood samples in the northern territory.
initial studies of crocodile immune system in 1998 found that several proteins (antibodies) in the reptile's blood kills bacteria that were resistant to penicillin, such as staphylococcus aureus or golden staph, Australian scientist Adam Birtton told reuters. It was also a more powerful killer of the HIV virus than the human immune system. ''If you take a test tube of HIV and ass crocodile serum. It will have a greater effect than human serum. It can kill a such greater number of HIV viral organisms,''Britton said from Darwin's crocodylus Park, atourism park and research centre. Immune system 'tears bacteria apart' Britton said the crocodile immune system worked differently from the human system by directly attacking bacteria immediately an infection occurred in the body. ''The crocodile has an immune system which attaches to bacteria and tears it apart and it explodes. It's like pulling a gun to head of the bacteria and pulling the trigger,'' he said. Britton and Merchant have been carefully collecting blood from wild and captive crocodiles, both saltwater and freshwater species. After capturing a crocodile and strapping its powerful jaws closed the scientists extract blood from a large vein behind the head. ''It's called a sinus, right behind the head, and it's very easy just to put a needle in the back of the neck and hit this sinus and then you can take a large volume of blood very simply,''said britton. The scientists hope to collect enough crocodile blood to isolate the powerful antibodies and eventually develop an antibiotic for use by humans.
We may be able to have antibiotics that you take orally, potentially also antibiotics that you could run topically on wounds, say diabetic ulcer wounds; burn patients often have their skin infected and things like that,''said merchant. However, the crocodile's immune system may be too powerful for human consumption. ''There is a lot of work to be done. It may take years before we can get to the stage where we have somthing to market,''said Britton
